On the grounds

One stop, four reasons.

The barbecue, the liquor store, the trading post and the old movie sets are all on the same Little Hollywood site in the middle of Kanab.

Getting here

Everybody here was going somewhere else.

Kanab sits at the crossroads of three of the best drives in America. If you're heading to any of them, you go past the door.

Where exactly are you?

297 W Center St, Kanab, Utah 84741 — inside the Little Hollywood Museum, right in the middle of town.

Do you run out of brisket?

Yes, regularly. There's one cook a day and when it's gone it's gone until tomorrow. Come earlier in the day, or call and ask what's left.

Are you veteran-owned?

Yes. Giff's is veteran-owned and run by Darren Gifford.

Can you feed a group?

Call (435) 689-0706 with your date and headcount and we'll tell you straight whether we can do it.

Is it worth stopping on the way to Zion?

Kanab sits between Zion, Bryce Canyon and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. You're driving past anyway — this is the good stop.

Come eat

When it's gone, it's gone.

One cook a day. Come early if you want brisket — and call ahead if you're feeding a crowd.
